This session will review credit ratings, how they are used, timing, process and the benefits at the corporate level. Several usage cases will be reviewed.

“Getting Smart on Credit Ratings”

 Speaker: Geoffrey Ehrlich, Director, Business Development, S&P Global Ratings

Geoffrey Ehrlich is a Director in the business development group at S&P Global where he is responsible for increasing ratings coverage across the Corporate and Financial Institutions sectors. Coverage area includes the Southeast region.

Prior to his current role, Geoffrey held roles in both Relationship Management and Transaction Management at S&P Global. He is a graduate of Farmingdale State College.

  

CPE, CAE, CTP, FP&A CREDIT INFORMATION  

Course attendance recommended for 1 CPE, CAE, CTP and FP&A credit per 50 minutes.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Sessions generally will be cancelled only for inclement weather. If the U.S. Government closes due to severe weather, the session will be cancelled. Every effort will be made to notify registered participants of the cancellation by email. In the event of advance payments, participants may request funds be applied to the next upcoming meeting provided 48 hours of notification are given.

Complaints should be directed to the Education Committee at education@gwafp.org; if resolution cannot be achieved at this level, the complaint will be reviewed by the Executive Committee.
